The thermal design for graphic card is a big challenge due to space constraint and high heat dissipation of GPU. We are able to provide robust solutions to meet the tough thermal specification. Besides the thermal performance, our in-house ID engineer is capable of designing a cool appearance for the thermal solution to meet customer requirement.

Liquid cooling system is used in IT and other industries for a long time. Thermaltake ITBU design team started to design the liquid cooling system in year 2002, and is familiar with the fluid selection, tube material, tube joint, ambient exchanger, source exchanger and pump. The ITBU lab is equipped a complete set of apparatuses to measure the P-Q curve of pump and fan, air and liquid flow impedance of components and system, and the thermal performance of complete system.

Thermaltake ITBU design team started to research and develops the micro refrigeration cooling system (MRCS) with DC inverter type compressor in year 2004. The advantage of DC inverter type MRCS is energy saving and excellent thermal performance. Since the speed of DC inverter type compressor is variable and depends on the loading of heat source, it rotates at lowest speed as the heat loading is at minimum; this feature is to save much energy and to avoid the condensation problem on the surface of cold plate and tube.
